Serve with Liberty
Committed to the communities in which we live and operate
Serve with Liberty is our community service program. As part of it, Liberty Seguros employees spend the day working on projects for our community partners.
2022’s Serve with Liberty focused on the environment and climate change. 557 employees volunteered in the communities where we have facilities: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Libson, Porto, Enniskillen, Cavan and Dublin.
In the case of Spain and Portugal, we collaborated with the FDI Foundation in the clean-up and gardening activities we carried out in each location: Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao. The Foundation for the Promotion of Development and Integration is an NGO whose social purpose is focused on the environment.
In Ireland, this year we partnered with the Hometree association where 72 volunteers travelled to Avoca, Co. Wicklow to plant trees. To support the community local to our Enniskillen office, 40 volunteers partnered with local charity Erica’s Fairy Forest Cavan in Florence Court, Co. Fermanagh to help carry out an external clean up and gardening.
